2012 6th Series Yankees v.s Rangers

23 Apr

See what I meant to conclude the previous series against Red Sox? Even though that series finale rained out & Yankees lost a chance to sweep Sox, it might benefit us because we are going to face up the other offense powerful club in the AL!! Scheduled Time & rotation are as follows:

Game 1 Recap:  C.C. Sabathia was flirting with a quality start, going 8 innings with 4 runs earned. Jeter’s bat is still hot, going4 for 5. A-Rod’s 3-run shot & Granderson’s 2-run double lifted Yankees 7:4 against Rangers for the 1st win of the series.

Game 2 Recap: Unlike last night, Hiroki Kuroda had a quality start, going 6 & 2/3 innings with only 2 runs earned, but didn’t get a win. Darvish, on the other hand, had a stellar start, a 8 & 1/3 inning shutout against Yankees. Yankees’ bases-loaded strand in the 3rd inning was an omen for the eventual defeat… Throughout Game 1, Yankees had a team RISP of 1-for-7.

Game 3: 4/25  20:05 ET, Phil Hughes RHP (1-2, 6.75) v.s Scott Feldman RHP (0-0, 0.00)

Holland & Feldman didn’t fare well against Yankees in their whole career. Yankees took the edge in game 1 and hopefully, they’ll again tomorrow! 😀
